All balances will earn 0.50% APY to 0.15% APY if monthly qualifications are met in each qualification cycle on Kasasa Cash. The advertised Kasasa Cash APY is based on compounding interest. The interest earned in Kasasa Cash is automatically transferred to Kasasa Saver in the next statement cycle and does not compound. The actual interest paid may be less than the advertised APY. The Kasasa Saver APY may be less than the Kasasa Cash APY. Interest Rates and annual percentage yields (APY's) may change after account is opened. Qualifying transactions must post and settle Kasasa Cash during the monthly qualification cycle. Transactions may take one or more banking days from the transaction date to post to an account. ATM-processed transactions do not count towards qualifying debit card transactions. Intra–bank transfers do not count as qualifying transactions. ATM Fee reimbursements (Kasasa Cash account only) provided only if qualifications are met within the monthly qualification cycle. If a single fee is greater than $4.99 a receipt is required. International ATM fees are not refunded. Available on personal accounts only. Accounts available to residents of our primary market areas of Crawford County Illinois, Knox County Indiana and their adjoining counties. Limit of 1 account per social security number.

Qualification Information:

To qualify for “Kasasa Cash” rates and receive reimbursements on your ATM fee surcharges, you must perform the following during the monthly qualification cycle: 

  • Have at least 10 debit card purchases post and settle
  • Have at least one direct deposit or ACH auto debit or 1 bill pay transaction post and settle
  • Be enrolled in and agree to receive eStatements
  • Maintain a valid email address on record with our bank

Please note that transactions MUST post and settle your account during the monthly qualification cycle. They may not be in a pending state to qualify as one of the qualifications. Transactions may take one or more banking days from the date the transaction was made to post and settle an account.

Kasasa Cash Back:

Qualification Information:

To earn your rewards, the following enrollments must be in place and all transactions and activities must post and settle to your Kasasa Cash Back account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:

  • At least 1 direct deposit, ACH payment, or bill pay transaction(s)
  • At least 10 debit card purchases
  • Be enrolled in and have agreed to receive e-statements rather than paper statements
  • Maintain a valid email address on record with our bank

Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account's rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by our bank as ATM transactions, non-retail payment transactions and purchases made with debit cards not issued by our bank. Transactions bundled together by merchants and received by our institution as a single transaction count as a single transaction for the purpose of earning account rewards.

Reward Information: When Kasasa Cash Back qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, you will receive 3% cash back up to a total of $200 debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. A maximum of $6 cash back payments may be earned per Monthly Qualification Cycle.

You will receive unlimited reimbursements for nationwide ATM withdrawal fees incurred within your Kasasa Cash Back account during that Monthly Qualification Cycle. We reimburse ATM withdrawal fees based on estimates when the withdrawal information we receive does not identify the ATM withdrawal fee. If you have not received an appropriate reimbursement, we will adjust the reimbursement amount if we receive the transaction receipt within sixty (60) calendar days of the withdrawal transaction.

When your Kasasa Cash Back account qualifications are not met, no cash back payments are made, and ATM withdrawal fees are not refunded. Cash back payments and nationwide ATM withdrawal fee reimbursements will be credited to your Kasasa Cash Back account on the last day of the current statement cycle. Rates and rewards are variable and may change after account is opened without notice to you. No minimum balance is required to earn or receive the account's rewards. Rewards less than a penny cannot be distributed.

Account approval, conditions, qualifications, limits, timeframes, enrollments, and other requirements apply. $50 minimum deposit is required to open the account. There are no recurring monthly maintenance charges or fees to open or close this account. This account is not to be used for commercial purposes.
