Wealth Management Associate
We are seeking a professional to join our wealth management team. We are currently hiring for either a trainee or associate level position, depending on qualifications and experience. As we review candidates, we may expand the opportunity based on departmental needs and applicant strength.
Prior experience, professional designations, or relevant certifications are considered a plus but are not required. We value integrity, work ethic, professionalism, analytical ability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Position Overview
The candidate may function in a fiduciary capacity supporting trust and estate relationships or in a licensed capacity supporting and developing investment advisory relationships, depending on qualifications, licensing, and departmental needs.
Responsibilities May Include
- Administering Trust and Estates in accordance with grantor’s wishes and legal requirements
- Managing daily, weekly, monthly and annual bookkeeping and reporting functions
- Working with local attorneys, investment advisors and tax preparers
- Coordinating documentation and reports for external auditors and regulators
- Meeting with existing and potential trust clients
- Ensuring adherence to current laws and regulations
- Interpreting trust agreements and coordinating distributions
- Preparing investment proposals, performance reviews, and client meeting materials
- Executing trades and processing account transactions if properly licensed
- Supporting regulatory, compliance, and suitability documentation requirements
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and preparing required account documentation
- Processing account paperwork, transfers, beneficiary updates, and servicing requests
- Maintaining organized client files and documentation
- Performing administrative and clerical duties related to account servicing and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Licensing and Professional Development
- Professional licensing is not required at hire. However, the candidate must obtain required registrations and credentials as a condition of continued employment. Specific requirements may vary based on responsibilities assumed and departmental needs.
- Potential registrations and licenses may include applicable FINRA securities registrations, state Investment Adviser Representative registration, and state insurance producer licensing, as required by assigned responsibilities.
- Not all registrations or licenses will be required in every case. Requirements will depend on the capacity in which the candidate serves clients and the responsibilities assumed.
- The firm provides structured training, mentorship, and support for exam preparation and continuing education. Ongoing professional development is expected throughout employment.

Compensation
- Compensation will vary based on the role assumed and the responsibilities assigned.
- Positions aligned with fiduciary and trust administration functions are structured as hourly, non-exempt roles. Compensation for these roles is paid reflective of experience, credentials, and scope of responsibility. Pay range will be dependent upon qualification and licensing of the applicant, however a range for someone without any licensing would start between $24.35 to $29.76 per hour. Increases would be made upon obtaining required licenses.
- Positions aligned with investment advisory or licensed securities functions may include performance-based compensation. In those roles, compensation could consist of base pay combined with incentive compensation, including revenue-based bonuses and commission payouts tied to production and client relationship growth.
- All compensation structures are designed and administered in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and firm policies.
